Music is so much fun:

Presently, it is so much fun to be part of the combo "A Record Day" with Willy Alexander, Heather Morris and Greg Stroh. We play concerts in many of the Seniors Residences in the Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo area. Our repertoire includes favourite tunes from the early to mid-twentieth century; songs made famous by Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald and even some early rock 'n roll.

Since retiring, I am grateful for the opportunity to re-discover the joy of making music. I started with playing trumpet (which I learned in high school) n the Georgian Sound Big Band in Collingwood for  five years. Then I played jazz standards with "Eh Train Trio" with Jim Kinnear on keyboard and Ron Lombard or Ralph Johnson on Bass. And now, living in Guelph, trumpet, sax and flute with A Record Day.

We are presently on a year sabbatical from the 2020 Guelph Studio Tour.
